GoldenPeaks Capital owns, builds and optimises all of its own energy projects. Risking our own capital fuels refined processes throughout the value chain. We're integrating AI into early-stage project screening to accelerate the identification of high-potential sites using geospatial, regulatory, and yield data.

Concept & design

The dataset for renewables is not static and creating bespoke concepts and designs to suit national and regional politics, agendas and infrastructures is core to our process. We are piloting AI-assisted simulation tools to optimize yield, and component mix based on evolving datasets.

Scoping, scheduling & due diligence

Once committed to a market, incentivise them to embrace high commitment and performance and we network their skills with our existing team of in-house specialists. During acquisitions, we apply AI to analyze technical and legal documentation, flagging risks, structuring data, and speeding up decision-making.

Fabrication & engineering

Engineering expertise is at the heart of GPC, executed along with its delivery processes through Spectris, our wholly-owned EPC, O&M and Green Credit trading business. Our Engineering team is streamlining PV plant design using data-driven tools that standardize layouts, improve precision, and shorten delivery time.

Procurement & supply lines

China plays a crucial part in any renewable energy procurement process. Our team has over 20 years’ experience living in China and investing in Chinese enterprise and boasts the best of commercial relationships.

Project management & construction

Our EPC business, Spectris, has a local team of over 40 experts who deliver GoldenPeaks Capital's projects from scoping to every aspect of construction and optimisation. AI-powered tracking tools provide real-time visibility into construction progress, helping us maintain execution excellence.

Optimisation and security

GoldenPeaks Capital partners with one of the world's most advanced predictive analytics businesses, which gives it the ability to analyse plant efficiencies, secure power supply and maximise the return on investment. We partner with leading AI and analytics platforms to monitor real-time performance, forecast output, and detect inefficiencies early—ensuring uptime and maximizing yield.

Power Purchase Agreements

At GoldenPeaks Capital we not only produce the energy but facilitate its balanced provision through Government and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). We also have the capability to supply the Open Market. Our commercial teams use AI-supported contract analysis and price forecasting tools Streamline PPA structuring and optimize commercial outcomes.

Energy Storage Solutions

Provision of a dependable energy storage architecture is an essential part of balancing the grid and ensuring reliable 24/7 supply. GPC is developing state-of-the-art storage systems to supplement its existing assets and diversify its portfolio. AI tools help us optimize battery dispatch schedules, monitor degradation, and integrate dynamic grid response.
