Warschau, August 23. 2022 - GoldenPeaks Capital, a company specializing in the construction and operation of solar systems with a strong focus on Eastern Europe, has just successfully completed the financing of two photovoltaic projects in Poland, with a total capacity of 176MW.

GoldenPeaks Capital is one of the fastest growing independent green power producers in Europe and one of the largest photovoltaic system owners in Poland. It has just successfully concluded the process of financing two portfolios of photovoltaic projects, which include the construction of photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 176MW in 15 different regions in Poland .

The two projects “Foxtrot” and “Gamma” are divided into a capacity of 86MW, which will be implemented in 9 Polish provinces, and 90MW located in 6 other Polish regions. The projects are implemented by a 100% subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital Holdings, Spectris Energy.

Back in October 2021 GoldenPeaks Capital had already launched and commissioned „Bravo”, another photovoltaic project in Poland, with a total of 86MW, as well as project Alpha with a capacity of 78MW through its subsidiary Spectris Energy. The projects have been realized in only nine months and was the first in Poland to use bifacial photovoltaic modules.

GoldenPeaks Capital secures EUR 114m senior financing package for solar PV portfolio in Poland

Warsaw, October 28, 2025 – GoldenPeaks Capital (GPC), one of Europe’s fastest-growing independent producers of renewable energy, has successfully closed a senior loan facility of EUR 114m to finance the construction of two solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolios in Poland. The financing was provided by PKO Bank Polski and Alior Bank. Capcora acted as the exclusive financial advisor to GPC on the transaction.
