GoldenPeaks Capital signs a trading contract with Next Kraftwerke for 158 MW PV power

GoldenPeaks Capital Energy, an Independent Power Producer and Trader of clean energy, has contracted Next Kraftwerke to trade 158 MW of solar electricity generated by different photovoltaic farms located in Poland. The agreement between the companies covers the delegation of the commercial balancing of the produced electricity and its trading on the Day-Ahead and Intraday Market on the Polish Power Exchange.

GoldenPeaks Capital signs large VPPA with Kronospan Group in Poland

Warschau, October 25. 2022 - GoldenPeaks Capital, a company specializing in the construction and operation of solar systems with a strong focus on Eastern Europe, has signed a 12-year Photovoltaic energy-based PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) with Austrian Kronospan Group in Poland. The Synthetic offtake agreement is rated at above 180 GWh of annual generation and one of the largest solar agreements ever closed in the country.
